Hello again, I don't like Sundays..may be because I know the next day I will return to the usual routine. Tomorrow and for the next five days I will attend an English course. I rather be in school but can't complain right? Its all part and parcel of being a teacher. Okay enough about that. This afternoon I baked a Red Velvet. I don't like the final product because the colour is not red enough. The recipe said to put a bottle of red colouring, but I was worried because my children will be eating the cake and I know that artificial food colouring is not good for our health. Next time may be I can use something organic...any idea friends? Please give me any suggestions okay? The cake was delicious anyway, the texture is velvety as its name..my husband loves it but Hilmi didn't even took a bite. I kept trying to feed him but he doesn't want any..hmmm..wonder why..got a lot of other things to do for tomorrow so, I hope you like the picture and to my new friends who asked about recipes, I will post them for you but it might take a bit more time okay. Please be patient...I won't let you down. Night..night everyone..sweet dreams...
